At BAIYTI, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our products are designed to make your home simpler, more organized, and more enjoyable. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included.
  • The product has not been damaged, modified, assembled, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
  • You provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • incomplete,
  • different from what you ordered, or
  • materially different from the description on our website,

please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please send us your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so that we can assess it and arrange the appropriate solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund, in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, we may accept a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product meets all of our return conditions.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or another situation where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We may not accept returns for products that:

  • Have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Are missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
  • Have been modified or altered.
  • Are returned outside the applicable return period.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied goods.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may provide a replacement where appropriate.

If the replacement is unavailable, we will provide another appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • a defective product,
  • damage that occurred before delivery,
  • an incorrect item being sent, or
  • another error attributable to BAIYTI,

BAIYTI will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. How to Start a Return

  1. Your full name
  2. Order number
  3. Product name
  4. Reason for the return
  5. Photos or videos, if the product is damaged or defective

Our customer service team will provide you with the next steps.

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first.

9. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Where applicable law provides a consumer with a right to return, exchange, repair, or receive a refund, those rights will apply regardless of this policy.
